Boys and young males should be spanked regularly to ensure their compliance. In my day we were permitted to paddle and/or cane naughty boys. Trousers and pants down, bent over the back of a chair with head lowered and hands gripping the chair legs. Contrition was mandatory and one expected the boy to thank me for his discipline afterwards. Oh how I miss the good old days.
