Sure, there is some sort of blandishment about how you have been selected and deemed important. Pretty much every spammer has some variation on this, even if they do not offer it immediately. The nice thing with Unified layer is that they are so firm in their commitment. Once you give them money, they will happily make sure your spam gets out. And trust them, there are tons of network administrators who do not yet block them!
