I just did a reverse image search on Google, and according to the results, Courteney Cox is at least extremely likely to be in fact the one in question in the inadvertency pic, so now no confirmation from anyone is needed - thanks anyway.

And apparently it's from Courteney's old ABC sitcom "Cougar Town", which ran from 2009 to '15.
