As for the DVD or VHS box covers for movies with very misleading artwork, I saw that 1973 movie "Day of the Dolphin", and Trish Van Devere never shows her belly button in it (and likely never during her whole career), but you can see the belly button of Leslie Charleson in it, which is quite a nice celeb umbilical rarity.

And here's the artwork for the 1985 comedy film "Volunteers", in which Rita Wilson never wears this outfit, and most certainly never showed her belly button -



And here's the Kate Jackson comedy flick, which I've never actually seen myself, but if she bared her belly button in it, we likely would have seen screencaps by now -
