A father has a duty of care to his son, Cory. I don't doubt that each and every spanking your Dad gave you, was richly deserved. What it demonstrates in spades, is that he cared enough about your behaviour and attitude, to tan your backside when needed. I'd have done the same.

I am curious though, as to why the spankings were administered in the bathroom by your father? I would expect the living room to be used, or for you to be sent to your bedroom. Did Dad never turn you over his knee for the spankings then?
