There have been many times I have spanked when people have called, knocked or even walked while I have been spanking. Depending on the call, would depend if I stopped spanking or not. But usually I would let it go and call them back after I finished spanking and comforting my child.

As for people knocking on the door or coming in, most of my spankings have taken place downstairs in the living room, as that is usually where the children have acted up. So walk-in spankings have of course been much to the children's embarrassment. But both of my sisters are spankers and we have walked in on another giving spankings to our children on quite a few occasions over the years. There have been a few times some of my spanking mom friends have done the same.

We have sometimes gotten visitors knocking at the door. A few times we've gotten solicitors but also if we had ordered something like food. Someone else has always been home to answer the door and I have never been one to stop spanking because we have someone at the door. And where they weren't let in, they at least heard what was going on and possibly even saw part of the spanking (at least my arm raising up and down).

There have also been times we've gotten visitors for the other children (their friends), as well. Which of course they were let in. I never stopped spanking in these situations, either. I did not hesitate to spank my children in front of their friends (or siblings friends) if they misbehaved in front of them, so almost all of them had seen me spank them already, anyways. And not only that, but with a number of them I also spanked them (with permission), as well. So there was no reason I would stop spanking during times they would be let in.
