Dear JD, it's OK having different opinion about what a naughty girl should wear.
You say that *removing top* is not necessary, maybe it's true but at same time *top* is not necessary too. I don't see any reason for keeping it on! I don't expose them to strangers except this only circumstance when I spanked my 12 daughter with her closest friend.
I'm for parity: if a boy fits well naked, a girl too.
Eventually, a fully nude is surrended to punishment and accept easier: her friend last night tried to avoid the removal of clothes but after she was docile and cooperative.

Conclusion: my daughters will always get this outfit spanking because I dont understand the necessity of some fabric on.
