Yes, the hair can't help but jump, fly around here, my boys, nephews and of course my nieces hair will and has. Just as with you, over the years I have been the witness to quite a lot of spankings administered by my sister and sister-in-law.

Good for you and your spanking mom friend, You got to witness it and she spanked and washed his mouth out, I would and have done the same only difference is I wash the mouth out before I spank.
