Yes every thing is dropped to the ankles the 17 year old backed talked me when I told him he should not be hanging out in the hallway during the service I took him into my classroom and left the door open i used my paddle I am good friends with his mom I did not have to find her she thanked me I know he got it at home that was a few years ago he is in college now the boys in my class got it for talking in class
