You are doing exactly as you need to. As I mentioned in my reply to you on my vacation thread, we spank as often as you need to. When their behavior 'asks' for it. Nothing more and nothing less.

Marek sounds a lot like my Jason at 13 during his summer break. I was having to spank him at least once a week, with sometimes that odd week where he earned a second one. It slowed down a bit once school started, but not a whole lot.

I've always liked your term of "snot factory" as it is so accurate with many of the children that I spank. Their tears, as well as their snot, never ends. Even for quite awhile after the spanking is completed. Purchasing Kleenex by the carton is a necessity with how much we go through. It's use primarily due to continual blowing noses and wiping faces after I've had to spank.

I would tell you to continue to spank as soundly and often as you need to. But I know that is advice you don't require as you will do it all on your own.
