Mary,

My boys were were never like what some of the moms here have talked about with their boys with the tough guy act, being stoic and all.

When I would tell my boys I am going to spank them the tears and loud excuses and begging would start. Steven even at 17 would be crying as his pants were being lowered and not long after I started in with my hand portion he was loudly begging and pleading for me to stop, then the loud uncontrollable crying and that is all before I even get to my brush. Aaron at 15-16 was the same way as Steven.

As they got older both of my boys would look shocked and embarrassed as they blushed when it becomes clear I meant business, but respecting my authority and complying with plenty of pleading, promises and always with apologizing, but then any apologizing is an attempt to not be spanked. Nothing they ever said or now say will get them out of a spanking, it’s just an act of self preservation.

Aaron though for his last few spankings was quiet and submissive just telling me as I sat on his bed and brought him close to my lap “ok let’s get this over with”, not in a sassy tone but just as a matter of fact knowing he was going to be spanked and was resigned to it.
