I have never spanked my kids at the dinner table during a meal. I have on occasion spanked one of them after dinner. Usually in the living room after dinner instead of at the table. I don't know. I guess having been spanked at the table a few times or seeing it with my sibs, I feel spanking at the table during the meal ruins everybody's meal time. But then again, it's rare that my kids act up too much during a meal.
