I take it that your son's friend is also 18 now? He has a sense of decency and honesty to come clean to Mrs Cynthia and admit to his shortcomings, and no doubt shyly with some embarrassment suggest he deserves a spanking from you. Good of you to take him over your knee to help the boy out.

You have hit the nail on the head here, I feel. I think both mothers and the sons they have spanked know this to be true. Not that the boy will ever admit so to Mom.

There is warmth, security and comfort with being raised by a mother who is loving, caring, and not shy to put you over her knee for a good old-fashioned spanking when needed. Structure and boundaries we miss when older and fending for ourselves. Simpler times for sons with no responsibilities of their own t speak of. Think you have material for a thread in its own right with this one, if Mary is amenable to it.
