It depends as some have said, spanking my 3 naked was situational ie. when at the pool then it was the same as with what Sarah said, I have two boys and their swim trunks are removed and my daughter's one-piece suit was peeled down and off. However, when she got older and is in her two-piece, then the top is left on. Or when I spanked them out of the tub or shower.

But when I lower my daughters jeans they are tight and cannot be kicked off, her nightgown will be removed but she will keep her bra on her panties will be kicked of easily at the start. If my daughter is in a skirt, that and the panties come down and will be kicked off.

My boys their pj bottoms and briefs drop to their ankles and they will be kicked off. If they are in pants I will lower them and their briefs to their knees and they pretty much stay there as they are tight enough and it helps deter hard kicking and I push their top up on their back and pinning the arm to their back keeps the top from working its way down and in the way.
