Reading all of these christmas poems reminds me of that lyric in Rudolph the red nose reindeer.
I’lll change it a little to fit.

Then one foggy Christmas Eve
Santa came to say
"Child, with your bottom so bright
Won't you guide my sleigh tonight?"
… Then how the other reindeer loved the moms
As they shouted out with glee
to all the moms,
You'll go down in history"

>The stockings were hung by the chimney with care,
>In hopes that Mommy would not spank them bare,
>
>The children were nestled all snug in their beds,
>While visions of past spankings danced in their heads,
>
>We had just settled down for a long winter's sleep,
>When out on the snow there arose such a clatter,
>I sprang from my bed to see what was the matter.
>
>Away to the window I flew like a flash,
>Tore open the shutters and threw up the sash.
>The moon on the breast of the new-fallen snow
>Gave the lustre of mid-day to objects below,
>When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,
>
>I knew in a moment it was Bobby, not St. Nick.
>With hand and brush, so lively and quick,
>Again and again the spanks they came,
>He cried and shouted, and called me mommy by name.
