My eldest son wanted to change from briefs to boxer shorts when he was around 13 or 14. We ended up going for tight boxer brief style underwear. They were practical and he was happy with that option. My youngest son is 9 and wears the briefs that I buy quite happily. Should he wish to change in a few years time then I'll likely take the same option with him.

Whatever underwear they have on, come spanking time it will certainly not be covering their bottom anymore.
