I was wondering the same, I will do the same when leaving the house, bringing my hairbrush and when they were younger my spanking spoon, we were/are always prepared. I guess they didn't think they would need to spank at a birthday party.

And I am just like you and Mary when it comes to spanking when angry, yes more than once. But always undercontriol.
