I have not been able to post for the last few days, sorry I'm a bit late on this.

Andy is definitely of slight build. He is only 5'5" and maybe around 130 lbs. It's always been a sore point for him. Up to last year he would insist on standing on his tip-toes when I would hug him to be able to place his chin on my shoulder. :) With Derek, he is wiry, closer to average height for his age, but still a couple of inches shorter than myself.

I've never had too much issue controlling either boy over my lap during a spanking, but especially so with Andy. And both of them always get to be very frantic while I spank. Again, especially Andy.

The only time I have given a bedtime spanking to the children is when they have earned a spanking at or near bedtime. But I have never decided to spank and wait until bedtime to administer the spanking. I have always been a 'spank there and then' type of Mom (and Grandma), even when the children have gotten to be older.

The only times I have waited on giving a spanking is when I just couldn't give the spanking at that time. Like they were about ready to head off to school. And yes, I know for them waiting all day, it was very difficult for them. I made it clear to them before they went out the door that we would be finishing this when they got home, so I am certain it was on their mind all day. But I only did that if the children were older. If they were still young, I always spanked right away. Even if it made them (or me) late for school.
