Thank you for this, very well said.

As far as I am concerned, there is no “Too old.” To be spanked.

Donny and Scott starting at 12 years old I can't tell you the amount of times I heard, "I'm too old" No one else my age..." "when will you stop spanking me?..." Then Bobby at around the same age started.

I told/tell my boys that as long as I am supporting them and they are under my care then I will spank them, that means while they are in college as I will be paying for it. Zach, Tommy and Mason asked this as well. I told them that as long as they are under my care and I have spanking permission no matter their age I will spank them when needed.

Back then I let all of them know I would always spank them the same way, on their bare bottom over my lap and if they don't want me to spank them then it was up to them to behave. They didn't like hearing it and through the years they continued to ask and try to make a case hoping for a different answer, maybe just give in and stop, or was it that selective memory that kids have, as I know I haven't heard it for the last time, lol. I know we will hear it from the younger ones we are spanking.

I also reassure them that I will always be there for them and love them, that they will always be my boys.
