A perspective from having been spanked by mom bare bottom as a boy. I grew up in the Phoenix area where it is shorts weather 9 months out of the year and the majority of my spankings occurred while mom was wearing short pants or a pool bathing suit. So I was used to skin to skin contact and some may see it strange, but I found it to be a bonding experience. One unpleasant experience was a time I was spanked while mom had a wool skirt on and the friction of the wool felt like a skin burn.
