I am glad to hear that Vera is doing so well. It does sounds like Vera is likely on her way out in regards to spankings. But I agree with you, it is good to still keep it as an option. She is certainly not too old if it does become necessary.

The frequency you are spanking Jan and Marek are just about the same I needed to spank my son Jason, as well as when Andy and Derek when they were at that 14-15 age range, as well. In fact, Andy was pretty close to Marek even at 15, about 3-4 times a month. But I agree with you, I feel having consistent discipline is good for them, even if that means having to give regular spankings. Nothing works as effectively as a good, sound spanking.

In regards to Mila and Emil, count me as another mom who agrees they are plenty old enough to receive an implement for their spankings. And where your wooden spoon would be effective, but I feel they are well enough to receive your paddle brush.

But I agree, that is something you will need to discuss with their father, first. However, if he gives the go ahead, and it sounds like he has trusted you so far in your discipline with the children, they are both certainly old enough for a good hand and brush spanking.
