Since I usually spank my children in their rooms and not everywhere, I haven't had these problems yet. A few times I have spanked them in the living room or in my office, but not that often. But I don't think nudity within the family should be a problem. Our children have seen their father and me naked from time to time and the children have always seen each other naked anyway. I think nudity is something completely natural and there's no reason to be ashamed of anything. And when they're freshly spanked, they're just naked and have bright red backsides. It's a beautiful sight. lol.
