Hi Mark!

You bring up an interesting point! But to speak personally I always spank on the bare unless it's a warning or for play.

Since Charlie is an only child I don't have to particularly worry about peering eyes, on the rare occasion that Charlie has to be spanked while he has a friend over I find that both of them do something that needs a spanking!

I find that I rarely need to take Charlie into another room to spank, though I must admit he doesn't care much about modesty when his tush is on fire!
