almost always

It's really only happened a couple of times usually for telling me it didn't hurt the first time

My hubby and I both do it over the knee. But I do most of the spanking

13- As they age, boys or girls continue to get it over the knee more?
It's about the same between my daughter and youngest son. My older son is rarely spanked.

14- When did you start or stop putting them over your knee or lap? Why?
I still spank over the knee

15- Did your kids complain about the position?
My oldest does. He thinks that's how babies should be spanked.

16- Did you use it for all implements: hand, brush, strap?
I just use my hand and on a few rare occasions with each kid, I've used the hairbrush
