I wonderful question. When I am ready to spank I maneuver myself slightly to the left while I move them to the side of my right knee and thigh and then help them over my lap.

I take my time making sure I have them adjusted right where I want them, I prefer to have my legs apart as this gives me a good firm foundation area for them to lay across, forward enough so they lay flat. I agree with Amanda "it may be best for the boys private areas" with no squishing or rubbing of their boyhood and I am looking right down at the wonderful bare bottom that is on display over my lap.
