Thank you so much for your kind and welcoming reply! Whoopins are not every day here, but I'd say they happen at least a few times per month. What I love about my husband is that we're always by each other's side when it comes to discipline. We always go in together when a whoopin has been earned. We support each other in everything we do, but it's especially reassuring to know we support each other fully with how we discipline. There have been times too where he or I have had to grab and restrain ankles, so it is definitely nice usually having him there :) Just last night we had to give our daughter a whoopin as punishment for poor study habits and poor test scores as a result. We told her exactly what the consequences would be if she didn't get a good grade, and yet she still decided she'd rather slack off and not focus at all on her schoolwork.
