After a while of not being active on the forum, I almost feel like I need to reintroduce myself.
But maybe a few people still remember me. lol.
Well, I'm officially back. Hello to all.
Since the teachers' parents' evening in January and the half-year report at the beginning of February, there have been many red bottoms here. I was very strict and consistent with Jan and Marek. With Jan, 70% of his grades were only D or worse. Marek's was about 50%. Jan is really lazy and phlegmatic about learning. Marek could be very good, but doesn't do enough and doesn't try hard enough. Jan will lose the year and will have to repeat the year. After a teacher lectered me that I should guide and support Jan and Marek much more and also keep a closer eye on homework and learning, I check all homework and learning and results every week. This regularly leads to at least one spanking a week.
But since it's not just school and both boys have teenage attitudes, bratty behaviour and smart mouths, I think it's not unusual for them to get spanked regularly once a week. Even if Jan is already 14 and Marek is 13.
I know a lot of kids get spanked maybe once a month or less at 14. Mine don't. I think when they're 14 it's important to be strict and I don't hesitate to spank them a lot. They still have a lot to learn and they need a lot of spanking. You are welcome to criticise me for that. I believe I am a very pro-spanking mum.
Well, a forum is there to exchange opinions. My children think that I spank them far too often and that I'm far too strict. Do you think so too?
What are your experiences with 13- and 14-year-old boys?
