I only saw Julie son's bare bottom during his spanking and subsequent corner time so I don't know how his bottom looked the next day and beyond. You are probably right that Julie often spanks before the bottom has fully recovered from the previous spanking. And no I haven't really discussed this particular issue with Julie.

When spanking my own kids I likely will check out their bums over the coming days so I can see how their bottoms recover and learn what is reasonable to expect. I do plan on giving them corner time after the spanking but that single round of corner time will be sufficient. I'm not gonna draw out the punishment for multiple days.
