Mom always pushed my underpants down to my ankles for a shameful lecture then took me across her lap for a hand/hairbrush spanking.
She always spanked hard/long enough that I'd kick my underpants off. Eventually I learned mom thought it was "cute" to see my underpants go flying and my sister thought it was "funny" to see me searching the floor later to find where my underpants had landed.
