The two I sit regularly are my daughters kids, Jeff age 8 and Lianne age 7. They get along pretty well together but they do like to get into mischief as well as disobey and smartmouth me every now and then.

My son has two as well, Beth who just turned 6 and Tim is 3. I don't seen them very often as my son lives quite a distance away.

I babysit usually 3 or 4 nights a week (after school) and the occasional Saturday as well. During the summer months though I'm on pretty much full working hours.

My procedure is I bare them from the waist down, then they go over my lap for a good hand spanking followed by the wood spoon. I spank out in the open and with them more often than not I'm spanking both of them. I'd say I spank them during the school year roughly twice a month, but their mother probably spanks them another 3 or 4 times a month so they are definitely on the once a week program if not a bit more.

After there spankings they like to take a little nap and have some quiet time which is great for me as well.

Corner time I generally don't do although we did employ it a few times at the cottage with my kids, nieces, nephews etc. Was sort of a parental tactic I suppose, we kind of made an example of whoever misbehaved and I think it was pretty effective. The other cousins, siblings would see that red butt or butts on display and I think it made them more cautious and attentive to the rules.
