Truthfully though, I do hope he has learned his lesson. “That was a bit short!” grumbles my daughter. “if you care to bend over my knee, young lady, we can address that shortcoming right awayt” I respond in mock sternness, wagging the slipper at her. “Nah, I'll pass on that,” says she shaking her pretty head vehemently.
