To the IOCC Events Manager (currently a Ms Blaire, I believe),

I humbly submit the following categories for consideration of inclusion in future Olympics:

Speed Spanking.

Time trial for 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 minutes. Briefs/panties up, then repeat with them down. Who will tire and slow down during the bare bottom spanking? An exciting watch for all.

Synchronised Spanking.

A team event much along the lines of synchronised swimming. A set of judges will award points based on technical perfection, artistic merit, and bottom colouring similarities (a perfect 10 if all bottoms are the exact same hue of crimson).

Spankathon.

A real test of stamina and strength, this one. Not for the speed spankers or faint hearted. It is suggested manikins be used as the spankees for this, so as to avoid "buttocks burn".

Finally, an event that is proving very popular at the local grass roots bare bottom level:

Mums vs Dads Spank Off.

A Battle of the Sexes favourite. Good fun for all, but with a really competitive edge. Sub-categories for Hand, Slipper, Hairbrush, Wooden Spoon and Paddle. Again a set of judges will adjudicate based on technical merit, spanking effectiveness, and bottom redness. Come on the Dads!
