Yes, it does say a lot, but Bobby is still maturity wise more as a 15 year old, he has no desire to get a drivers license or drive, he has not had a 'girlfriend' he is so shy around girls that he may 'like' not just friends, Scott was that way as well. He could in no way live on his own.

I also told him he does not have to get a degree or think about it right now, he can get a job and still live here, he really didn't want to get a job either.

A good deal of this has to do with the trauma he experienced when his dad was killed driving home from work by a drunk driver.

So we will see how he progreeses.
