When you ask your son, let me take a look. Did he just lay on his stomach then so that you could check his bottom for redness. Once you checked his bottom, Amanda, did he just automatically roll back over on his bottom and the covers were still down by his knees so he had to grab them and pull them up? It’s good that even at his age he wasn’t very embarrassed with his mom checking to make sure he was good and healing from spanking and did not mind turning over for you and even turning back to sit back up. I think he showed that he was sorry and did apologize for acting the way you did so hopefully it may be at least a few months before his attitude comes back and he may earn another one. Did any of his siblings mention in that thing in the morning about the spanking that he got?
