Almost all the above, Joseph has been spanked naked, bare from the waist down but never to his knees. He is mostly naked because if I spank when he is wearing his nightshirt I lift it up and take it off over his head, if he is in his shorts there are times he is not wearing a shirt and when I lower his shorts they drop to the floor and his underpants will be lowered to the floor I will have him step out of them so they won't be kicked off and go flying then he is naked of course if he is wearing a shirt it is from the waist down, same with if he is wearing pj bottoms and not his nightshirt.
