No, it is not a dying position, just as spanking the bare bottom not going away. And standing swats are not a spanking.

From day one when I first spanked my son I laid him over my lap and have never spanked any other way, it was just the natural thing to do, I have control over his body and it is the only correct way to spank in my opinion.
