Similar to Cherie, I do not peel down the boxers or panties until the miscreant is bent over my knee, trousers round ankles or skirt raised. Where I do differ though is that I give a warm-up spanking with the undies up first of all. Then the bottom is ritually bared for a good tanning with both my hand and slipper. Seems to get results, and as the saying goes - if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
