I am also one of those hand and brush spankers. As far as length of time or the amount of spanks, my hand spanking portion is longer then with my brush. I do love to spank with my hand as I do enjoy the feel of my 'ample hand' placed firmly across their bare bottom, each spanking reacquainting them with the feel of my hard hand spanks.

With my brush I spank slower, and not as 'hard'. I still give very firm smacks though and the brush marks are evidence to that, the unmistakable sounds of my brush smacking bare bottom and their very loud cries and blazing red hot bottom, with the appropriate amount brush marks and tears, heavy hard crying ending with a good entertaining dance let me know I gave them the spanking they needed.
