Well it depends, as some say spanking my boy naked has been "situational" like when I take them out of the tub to spake or when they were wearing just a pj bottom and no top the bottoms fall to the floor and their underpants are pulled down and they work their way down and are kicked off then they are naked.

But during the day, footwear stays on, I will lower what they have on below their waist to their knees and I leave their shirt on and once over my lap the shirt/s is pulled up and out of the way.
