"Think! We obviously touched on a nerve, and that's why he's leaving. Be careful as you go," Hythe let go of her friend's arm, and moved to Shah's side.
"Okay, I won't do anything stupid or impulsive- as usual." The tight, wry smile Nerilki gave her friend seemed bitter, but Hythe knew it was because she was thinking of how to handle the situation.

"Tath?" Nerilki asked, stepping out of Hythe's weyr. She found him leaning on the wall, as if for support. "I'm sorry if I touched a nerve, but we're just trying to figure it out."

Nerilki, Tath feels like a caged animal when you ask him questions.
I know, but if he was abused, I have to tell the Headwoman, or even the Weyrwoman!
Do you think that will matter? Think!
I am, so what are you suggesting?
I'm just saying that he'll need to be handled carefully.

Yeah, we were quoting Pirates of the Carribean, odd phrases, and once, I think we corrected a whole sequence? The rum scene, wasn't it, where Elizabeth burned all the rum to make a signal?
Even if- especially if, I should say- the guy is gorgeous Or, like the second Star Wars movie, Attack of the Clones, my older sister and I were yellimg at Padme, not to talk to Anakin, and various things like that. I may seem a little shallow, or 'odd' in the head, but it's just a little bit of me! I'm crazy.))
