((15 Spanish points, though we learned “¿Y tu?” to mean “And you?”, so... yeah.
What’s the new one?))

Veverith gave a grumble of draconic laughter. I hear you. Yes, really. And don’t try it on-- He was about to warn her about C’lin when she asked, “Veverith? Does it work with C’lin?” Veverith laughed again. No, but don’t be discouraged. It means you can tell me anything without fear of being overheard.

C’lin looked up at Veverith as he heard him say, She tried to speak with you.
What?
She wanted to see if you could read her thoughts.
You didn’t tell her--
No, she came up with that herself. I told her it didn’t work. And Hythe knows.
Good. HE turned back to Havinka, waiting for her to repeat herself
out loud. Or, something.

Veverith turned back to Ith. She’s a fun one. I’m sorry to be stealing her from you. Did she say she loved browns? Veverith was, of course, VERY interested in this; he’d always thought low on himself for being born of his colour, though C’lin always managed to make him think highly again.
