Hi, great to know there are more children like mine. As my son said, going barefoot has a lot of advantages and is enjoyable even in the winter. And that sight of bare feet glowing bright pink and peeking out under warm clothes is so cute and so familiar for my children, always a joy.

It really does wonders to the circulation; after my children come in from outside their feet are warmer than mine within a minute. Since the snow and salt dries out the skin we use cream when they go to bed, to keep the soles flexible and avoid cracks.
