Dear Anita

You did a partner handstand if your family were holding you as partner handstands are used in beginner gymnastics where one person golds your legs while you handstand. Partner handstands are my favourite kind of handstand cause it is all fun and no work. 😅 I don't have to worry about balance in a partner handstand as long as my friend does not let go of me.

I love gymnastics, Pokemon and Harry Potter so I tend to wear Harry Potter t-shirts or Pokemon t-shirts with shorts or jeans and bare feet maybe a Harry Potter or Pokemon hoodie too I dislike clothes that do not have designs like Harry Potter or Pokemon or Disney or just something with a character on is what I like to wear. I sometimes paint my toe nails all different colours.

The first thing children learn in gymnastics is a forward roll I bet you can do that but do it on your bed or a mat for safety I wouldn't want you to get hurt.

I have autism and am like a child so please forgive me if I seem childish.

You can do gymnastics as adults because I go to adult gymnastics class and I am 23 but the oldest there is 63 but you cannot be professional or enter the Olympics starting as an adult but if you just want to start gymnastics for fun and nothing serious any age is fine. 🙂

Love Gymnast Lover Millie
