Hi TipToe my special friend!

Here are some of my many gymnastics stories in written form! I LOVE hanging upside down with all my heart!

God bless!
Your friend forever Lucy!

UPSIDE DOWN TREATMENT! Once upon a time a mom took her ten year old daughter named Sophie to the doctor because she was having back pain!  The doctor told Sophie her back is slightly unstretched but if she goes to the park and hangs upside down by her knees for five minutes a day it will straighten her back and then no more back pain so the doctor told Sophie to find a bar and hang upside down!  Sophie the next day went to her local playground and she saw the monkey bars!  She was barefoot in a Disney t-shirt and shorts and she hung upside down lifting both her legs over the bar and hooking her bare feet behind another bar across the monkey bars and letting go of her hands!  Sophie hung upside down dangling her arms beneath her head and was unable to reach the ground beneath her!  The blood started rushing to her head and her tummy got a slight dose of butterflies and she saw the playground in front of her from an inverted position!  Everyday for the next month Sophie hung upside down!  When they visited the doctor again her back was now straight and her back pain was completely gone!  Sophie actually told the doctor she likes hanging upside down and she would continue to hang upside down even into her adult years to avoid any potential backpain!  The end!

UPSIDE DOWN, CAUSE I FELT LIKE IT! Once upon a time a ten year old girl named Samantha who was into gymnastics was hanging upside down by her knees from the monkey bars at her local playground!  Her long fuzzy hair dangled like a wet floor mop, her t-shirt fell exposing her bare tummy and her bare feet were safely hooked behind another bar on the monkey bars!  Samantha dangled her arms beneath her head unable to reach the sand beneath the monkey bars when a man who was a construction worker building a house opposite walked over to her and said hello to which she replied "hello" back and he asked her why she was hanging upside down to which she replied "because I felt like it"  The construction worker walked away and a minute later a smaller toddler walked beneath her asking "why you upside down?"  To which Samantha replied "because I felt like it"  Then her Aunt spotted her niece Samantha hanging upside down on her way home from work so her Aunt walked towards her and asked what she was doing hanging upside down to which Samantha replied "because I felt like it"  Then suddenly a boy named Steve who has a crush on her walked towards her and they chatted for a while and he eventually asked why she was hanging upside down to which her reply was "because I felt like it"  So moral of the story Samantha was hanging upside down by her knees that day because she felt like it!  The end!

UPSIDE DOWN PUB SAFETY! Once upon a time a mom and daddy owned a pub where violent fights often broke out!  They had an eleven year old daughter named Riley who to keep safe from the drunken men in the pub installed monkey bars on top of the ceiling as high as 20 feet in the air with a ladder for her to climb up!  That's right Riley had her own monkey bars and gymnastics bars connected to the ceiling of her parents pup!  One day a fight was breaking out between violent men!  Riley was fortunately super safe hanging upside down 20 feet in the air on the monkey bars above them!  The one drunk man said "what you doing hanging up there?"  To which Riley replied with clever wit ""you drunk men are scary, I feel much safer up here"  Riley covered her nose and mouth with her hands while hanging upside down and then dangled her arms beneath her head looking at the perspective of drinks being served only because she was upside down everything looked upside down!  Despite the fights in the pub Riley felt safe hanging upside down from the ceiling where no drunk man could reach her because they don't have the same powers as Spider-Man and are too drunk to climb a ladder so she admired the drunken fights safely from her upside down position hanging upside down 20 feet in the air above the whole pub and she always said "I feel much safer hanging upside down up here"  The end!

UPSIDE DOWN IN BARE FEET! Once upon a time a young girl named Tiana was hanging upside down by her knees from the monkey bars in her school!  Tiana loved hanging upside down even though she was not a gymnast however a new student at her elementary school named Hannah was a gymnast and she bounched in front of Tiana while Tiana was hanging upside down and she said "hey, what ya doing" to which Tiana replied while dangling her arms below her head unable to reach the ground beneath her "hanging upside down" she said to which Hannah said "in shoes, one must never hang upside down in shoes" to which Tiana replied "but I love hanging upside down" and Hannah said while pointing at the tip of Tiana's upside down nose "and you my darling can of course hang upside down all day everyday as much as you want, but not in shoes, gymnast code of law"  "What is the gymnast code of law?" asked Tiana while hanging upside down to which Hannah replied "gymnasts must go upside down and must be in bare feet therefore gymnasts hang upside down in bare feet so come down, take off those shoes and socks and then you can hang upside down, deal?"  "Okay if you insist" said Tiana so she back flipped to her feet and removed her entire footwear and then hung upside down again!  Hannah removed her sandals and hung upside down next to Tiana and they both agreed hanging upside down is much better in bare feet!  From that day forward both girls were best friends and always hung upside down together at Recess in bare feet of course!' The end!

UPSIDE DOWN POCKET EMPTYING! Once upon a time a small town in New Jersey had genetically engineered two types of children gymnasts and brutes!  The government passed a law providing gymnasts with free coins from the government that they had to take to school in their pockets!  Gymnast children were given free coins and leotards with big bulky pockets!  Gymnast children were told any coin that fell out of their pocket that day was legally no longer theirs but every day they would be given free money so poverty was impossible amongst gymnast children!  Gymnast children had a strict government run dress code of bare feet and leotards with big pockets!  Gymnast children were also genetically engineered to be small, short and skinny!  The brutes on the other hand were genetically engineered to be big, strong and tall with bulky muscle and the brutes were given no money but to avoid poverty were told to hold gymnasts upside down by their ankles to get their share of coins!  So in this strange society gymnasts tip toed around the town trying to dodge the brutes and if caught the gymnasts would be held by their ankles upside down and given a shake to empty their pockets and from this system everyone thrived and coins were shared to all children whether Brutes who took coins by holding the gymnasts upside down or gymnasts who had coins for free but made to carry them in bulky leotard pockets!  Many brutes and gymnasts became best friends and the gymnasts glady let the brutes hold them upside down by their ankles to empty their pockets by giving them a shake so everyone could share their coins and this way wealth was shared to all in this small town in New Jersey!  The end!

UPSIDE DOWN HICCUP CURE! Once upon a time a young seven year old girl named Emma had a bad case of hiccups!  They lasted for a month with her mom deciding to finally arrange a doctor visit for her case of never ending hiccups!  The doctor said the two best ways to cure hiccups is either scaring someone or drinking while upside down!  Emma didn't like being scared so she agreed on the upside down drinking method!  So Emma's mom took Emma to her daddy and asked him to hold her upside down by her ankles while she gets a glass of water!  The daddy picked up Emma by her ankles holding her completely upside down high in the air to which Emma yelped in slight fear finding the whole deal of being turned upside down kind of fun!  "*hiccup*, I'm *hiccup* upsi-*hiccup*-de-*hiccup*-down-*hiccup*" she yelped while being held upside down by her daddy!  The mom returned with a glass of water and told Emma to drink from the opposite end of the cup to which Emma drank the glass of water while she was held upside down and like magic her hiccups finally went away after a whole month!  This is how you cure hiccups the gymnast way!  The parents put Emma into gymnastics so she could learn to be upside down on the bars if nobody was around to hold her next time she needs to drink water while she's hung upside down to cure a bad case of hiccups!  The end!

WHAT DO GIANTS FEEL LIKE! Once upon a time in gymnastics class a little six year old girl named Lucy asked an older gymnast named Jessica who was 14 what giants feel like as you spin! Little Lucy saw Jessica in her leotard with bare feet do giants on the bars with a flyaway and then little Lucy all excited run up to Jessica and asked her in excitement literally bounching up and down in enthusiasm "JESSICA YOU JUST DID GIANTS, YOU JUST DID GIANTS" and Jessica looking puzzled at the smaller child bounching up and down all excited replied "I did, why?" And little Lucy asked "they look kinda scary but look SO fun, GIANTS LOOK LIKE THE COOLEST MOVE EVER, what do giants feel like? How does your body feel as you spin round the bar? Please go into detail on how they feel? How do giants feel? How scary? How fun? Are they frightning? Are they fun? Please you must tell me please please please?" And a gymnastics coach said "Lucy dear calm down, she's just excited, you have a fan" and Jessica said "I can see that" but Lucy said "I just really want to know what giants feel like" so the older gymnast Jessica said "giants feel like a roller coaster without being strapped in" which made little Lucy excited to learn giants! Lucy then asked Jessica "like a roller coaster? Really? So when you do giants how scary is it? Will my tummy get butterflies as I spin" and Jessica gently tapped little Lucy's nose and said encouragingly "lots and lots of butterflies" so Lucy asked "how much butterflies?" And Jessica said "so much butterfliesin your belly you may not handle it, ever seen a slingshot? As ticklish as launching from one of those" and Little Lucy said in excitement "on a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being a little scary and 10 being REALLY scary, how scary are giants, will my tummy tickle as I spin?" And Jessica replied "10, REALLY REALLY REALLY scary, your little tummy will tickle like a roller coaster drop but no harness this time dear, you better be brave because as you spin around the bar your stomach drops with butterflies on each spin and I'm afraid each and every spin gets scarier and scarier and yes it tickles and is scary just like a roller coaster but guess what my little monkey? No harness, just you and your hands holding onto the bar, are you brave enough, bet you ARE,, bet you ARE" and Jessica tapped little Lucy's nose again and said to the coach "teach this little one giants, I'm going on beam" and so little Lucy was all excited to someday learn to do giants which she learned feels like a roller coaster without being strapped in and is a 10 out of 10 for being scary and gives lots of butterflies and is fun fun fun so of course gymnast Lucy had lots to look forward to when she does giants! The end!

CARTWHEEL RACE AT THE PICNIC! Once upon a time two gymnasts Lucy and Amy were having a picnic on the grass on a warm sunny spring day! They had Chicken and ketchup sandwiches set out on a mat and both girls were barefoot wearing shorts and Disney t-shirts! They both ate their chicken and ketchup sandwiches and then decided to practice cartwheeling! They both did graceful cartwheels on the green summery grass! Amy then decided to say "hey Lucy, how about we have a cartwheel race" to which Lucy replied "great idea" and Amy responded "we both keep cartwheeling to that tree and back, winner gets to hang upside down by the knees from the tree while the loser gets stuck right side up, deal?" and Lucy LOVED hanging upside down but agreed to the conditions so Lucy and Amy both from the starting line which was the picnic mat both did cartwheel after cartwheel after cartwheel over and over to the tree and cartwheeling around the tree and then kept cartwheeling back to the finish kine and guess what? It was a draw as they both reached the picnic mat at the same time! Amy could of won but she slowed down because she knew how much Lucy loved hanging upside down and did not want to disappoint her! As it was a draw both girls celebrated by hanging by their knees upside down from the tree branch dangling their arms below their heads and holding hands! This story is proof gymnasts are not a normal family but an upside down family! The end!

HANGING UPSIDE DOWN AND READING! Once upon a time a young gymnast named Lucy LOVED hanging upside down by her knees from the monkey bars in her garden! She had her own monkey bars and gymnastics bars in her garden that she used to hang upside down from and read books! Lucy read the Harry Potter books while hanging upside down and she read her Disney picture books while hanging upside down and she read Alice in Wonderland while hanging upside down and she read her children's picture bible while hanging upside down and she read her school books while hanging upside down and basically Lucy LOVED to read books while hanging upside down! Lucy believed gymnasts should read books while hanging upside down instead of reading books sat on a chair! Lucy read and read and read all while she hung upside down! The warm summer sun would shine on Lucy's bare feet hooked behind a bar as her knees were bent over the monkey bars! Her mom would sometimes say "is this how gymnasts read? UPSIDE DOWN" to which Lucy would smile and in pure happiness say "Mom I just LOVE reading books while I'm hanging upside down" and so Lucy hung upside down high in the air on the monkey bars in her garden and read many books and she even took books to gymnastics lessons with her so she could hang upside down from the gymnastics bars at the end of class to do some reading! Lucy wanted to break the world record for the most books read while hung upside down and she was sure to someday break that record! The end!

GIANTS ARE SCARY! Once upon a time in gymnastics a gymnastics coach named Miss Rachel was gonna teach the smaller children giants on bars! A little girl named Susan was super scared! Miss Rachel would spot each child ages 6-8 in a cast handstand on the high bar and then spot them and spin them in a handstand! The children did not have to do much work as Miss Rachel would hold them and spin them so they get the feel of the giants so they can find it easier to actually learn them when older! None of these children could do giants yet but they didn't need to as Miss Rachel would hold them in a handstand and spin them and all the children had to do was keep hold of the bar! Susan was terrified of doing a handstand so high up in the air on the bar and then doing giants looked even scarier and she was about to cry! When it was Susan's turn she sadly had tears in her eyes and Miss Rachel said gently "awww, what's wrong sweetie" and Susan cried "I'm scared" and Miss Rachel lovingly said "I'll hold you and I won't let go, it will feel like a roller coaster and you'll feel a tickle in your tummy but I promise I'll keep you safe, lets give giants one go, if it gets too scary you can scream" so Susan grabbed the bar and Miss Rachel lifted Susan's legs making her do a handstand, Miss Rachel held Susan in a cast handstand for around twenty seconds saying "point your lovely little toes to the ceiling and keep hold of the bar and I'll do the rest, if you tuck your head in you can see Miss Jones and the older gymnasts from an upside down angle, tuck your head in and take a peak" and in a cast handstand Susan tucked her head in and Miss Rachel asked "see Miss Jones? Is she upside down?" And Susan yelped "yep" and then Miss Rachel said "ready firat spin" and she spun Susan around the bar keeping her in a handstand shape and Susan let out a slight scream and Miss Rachel lovingly said "it's okay, I got you, three spins this time" and Miss Rachel gave Susan three more spins making her do another three giants all while Susan's screamed and Susan in a cast handstand said while laughing "THAT'S FUN, SO FUN" and Miss Rachel put Susan back down and gave her a high five and that is how a gentle coach teaches giants to younger children who cannot do giants yet but with spotting they get the fun scary feel of going upside down super high and spinning fast and become braver as well which will help them learn giants themselves when a little older! The end!

TOO HOT FOR BARS? GET DADDY! Once upon a time a girl named Gill LOVED hanging upside down by her knees from the bars at her local playground! Ever single day Gill hung upside down by her knees from the gymnastics bars and the monkey bars in her park! She always wore shorts, t-shirt and bare feet and LOVED hanging upside down! Gill would dangle her arms below her head and just hang upside down but one day in summer they had a heatwave and it was absolutely boiling hot! The hot sun made the bars WAY too hot to hang upside down from! The backs of her knees would be burned to a crisp! Gill tried to hang upside down by her knees from one of the bars but her hands burned before she even lifted her knees over the bars! Gill walked over to her daddy in tears and her daddy said "what's wrong sweetie?" And Gill said crying and sobbing "the bars are too hot so I can't hang upside down" so her daddy grabbed her by her bare feet lifting Gill by her ankles and held her upside down lifted by daddy! Daddy lovingly told her to tell him when she's ready to go down and Gill dangled her arms below her head and yelled super happy "TAKE ME ON AN UPSIDE DOWN WALK DADDY" and her daddy carried Gill upside down holding her ankles around the park doing multible laps and Gill stayed hanging upside down held by her ankles by her daddy on a walk back to her house because that day the scorching sun made the bars too hot for the backs of her knees! The end!

HANGING UPSIDE DOWN ON A HOT DAY! Once upon a time a 12 year old gymnast girl named Lucy went to her local playground wearing a Disney t-shirt, shorts and bare feet and Lucy hung upside down by her knees from the monkey bars! That day lots of younger children was at the playground and Lucy could see the small children playing from an upside down angle! Lucy was wearing Sunglasses and a hat and as she hung upside down her sunglasses was slipping onto her forehead so Lucy had to keep adjusting her sunglasses as she hung upside down! It was a warm day and Lucy could feel the hot sun on the soles of her feet and the metal bars burned the backs of her knees as she hung upside down! Suddenly all the small children started running over to the corner of the playground behind the monkey bars in a hurry shouting and Lucy while hung upside down tried to turn her body to see why the kids from an upside down angle as they ran to the corner! Then Lucy adjusted her sunglasses again and dangled her arms below her head and swung back and forth! This was a true story from a day at the park from Lucy's childhood! The end!

GIANTS TO MAKE THOSE PIGTAILS FLY!  Once upon a time a young gymnast named Emma with her hair in pigtails was wearing her blue and red leotard and she had bare feet! With her gymnastics coach Miss Rachel helping her, Emma was asked to do a cast handstand on the high bar with Miss Rachel spotting her! Emma did a nice lovely cast handstand on the high bar with her toes pointed and her head tucked in so that she saw the whole gym upside down and Emma in a cast handstand immediately felt butterflies in her tummy and Emma cried "I'm scared, I'M SCARED, IT'S SO SCARY" all while Emma was held in a cast handstand and her coach Miss Rachel spotting her teased "I'm going to spin you around like a top and make those lovely pigtails fly" and Miss Rachel pushed Emma around the bar over and over making her do multible giants which made Emma feel butterflies in her tummy and get dizzy! "My tummy feels all weird, IT'S SCARY" cried Emma as she spun around the bar doing giants and Miss Rachel said while mercilessly spinning Emma "keep your mouth closed as you spin so the butterflies don't escape" and after over twenty spinning giants Emma yelped "this is SO scary, NOT TOO FAST, my tummy tickles, MY TUMMY TICKLES, like a roller coaster, WEEEEEEEEEEE" and after fifty spinning giants Miss Rachel stopped Emma in a cast handstand keeping her helplessly held in a handstand on the bar and Miss Rachel gently said "your a super brave gymnast girl" and Emma yelped "I can't wait to do that all over again" and after Emma backflipped off the bar doing a lovely flyaway, Miss Rachel asked "was that fun?" to which Emma said "SUPER FUN" but she was all dizzy and immediately fell asleep on the mats so Miss Rachel got a blanket and placed the blanked over Emma who was now sleeping and Emma stayed sleeping until the end of the gymnastics lesson! The end!

NEVER TEASE YOUR GYMNAST SISTERS!  Once upon a time there was a little boy named Adam who had two older sisters who both did gymnastics named Jessica and Alice! Adam loved to tease his two older sisters but they kept warning him the danger of teasing girls who do gymnastics! One day Adam in his bare feet wearing shorts and a Spider-Man t-shirt kept teasing Jessica and Alice making fun of their girly leotards! Both Jessica and Alice were both wearing colourful leotards and were in their bare feet! Adam teased his sisters and tried to run away but he went too far and Alice grabbed him and Jessica picked him up under his bare knees holding him completely upside down! Jessica teased "you tickle his feet, I'll tickle his tummy" as Adam cried "NO, PLEASE, don't tickle me while I'm upside down, it's too scary" But Alice teased "awww, of course it's scary sweetie, your upside down aren't you? Butterflies in your belly? Hey, want TUMMY TICKLES" as Alice wiggled her fingers in front of Adam seeing his older sister upside down because he was held upside down by Jessica who playfully teased "told you, you shouldn't mess with gymnast girls, gorgeous little boy held upside down, hmm?, oooh, can I tickle that belly? Can I tickle your bare upside down little inverted tummy? Make you REALLY feel those butterflies?" But Adam cried while held helplessly upside down "NO PLEASE, NO TICKLING, not on my tummy, not there, PLEASE?" But Alice teased "Sorry honey, you cannot be a gymnast without going upside down and butterflies in your tummy just happens when you are upside down high in the air, we'll still give you nonstop tummy tickles" and Adam while held upside down cried "PLEASE NO TICKLING, I CAN'T TAKE IT" and Alice mercilessly said "honey, you scared? Got butterflies sweetie? Sorry sweetie but it's time for me to tickle those gorgeous bare feet while my sister tickles your adorable bare tummy, sorry sweetiepie but gymnastics has to be REALLY scary especially when your HUNG UPSIDE DOWN" and both sisters held Adam upside down and started to tickle his tummy and feet mercilessly for two minutes and they tickled him good making Adam cry with laughter and then they placed him safely upside down hung by his knees over a gymnastics bar and they both gave him two big sistery Spider-Man kisses before leaving him hung over the bar upside down in the living room while they both went in the car barefoot to gymnastics to do cast handstands and giants on the bars and lots of flips and handstands and for sure little Adam will think twice from now on before teasing his two big sisters who both take gymnastics! The end!

HANGING UPSIDE DOWN OPPOSITE MOM!  Once upon a time a young girl named Millie was being taught by her mom how to hang upside down on the monkey bars! This was because the mom was gonna put her daughter Millie in gymnastics so she wanted her daughter to get used to being upside down a little first! Not only that but hanging upside down from the monkey bars was always her moms favourite thing to do! Millie and her mom both hung upside down by their knees on the monkey bars opposite each other! Both wearing black pants with shoes, socks and sweatshirts that rose down relieving their bare exposed tummies! Millie said all excited feeling the butterflies in her tummy "look mom, I hung upside down, look mom, no hands" as they both dangled their arms below their heads unable to reach the floor! Millie yelped all excited while upside down "look at me, I'm a stripy girl bat" as Millie was wearing a stripy sweatshirt! The mom also hanging upside down with her arms dangling below her said "that bare tummy is just asking to be tickled" and Millie felt a rush of butterflies and she cried "no mom, please don't tickle my tummy, anyway but there" to which the mom still hung upside down playfully teased "why not? You have a lovely bare tummy that is perfect for tickling" so Millie while hanging upside down stuck her tongue out at mom and the mom while hanging upside down strictly said "RIGHT YOUNG LADY, SHOES AND SOCKS OFF" and Millie tried to protest but the mom explained real gymnasts go upside down in bare feet so Millie jumped back down and removed her shoes and socks and then Millie hung upside down all over again opposite her mom also hung upside down and Millie kept thinking "my tummy and feet are bare now, I hope mom doesn't tickle me too much" but the mom thought "if she thinks she isn't going to be tickled she is in for a big surprise" so the Mom backflipped the right way up and she mercilessly tickled Millie on her bare tummy and even climbed to the top of the monkey bars to reach and tickle Millie's bare feet while Millie was hanging by her knees upside down from the monkey bars and for sure after those butterflies she is ready for her first gymnastics lesson for sure! The end!

HANGING UPSIDE DOWN TICKLES AT THE PARK!  Once upon a time a young gymnast named Lucy was hanging upside down by her knees from the gymnastics bar at her local playground! Lucy was wearing a blue dress that fell down exposing her bare belly and she was in her bare feet! Suddenly Lucy while she was hanging upside down was spotted by her gymnastics coach Miss Rachel who walked up to her and lovingly said to Lucy "hi sweetie, are YOU upside down? Little munchkin hanging helplessly upside down, how adorable" and Miss Rachel poked little Lucy's bare belly as Lucy yelped and Miss Rachel lovingly teased "is your tummy and feet all bare? A bare tummy and two bare feet, how you feel you little monkey?" And little Lucy while hung upside down yelped "I'm hung upside down, it's REALLY fun and a little scary" and Miss Rachel lovingly teased "of course it's scary sweetie, your hung upside down, now my little sugarplum? Why does hanging upside down so high feel scary? Where by sweetie does it feel scary?" And little Lucy said while hanging upside down "it's scary because my tummy has butterflies and it feels like a roller coaster drop" and Miss Rachel teased while wiggling her fingers "that's right sweetie, hanging upside down brings butterflies in the belly, you got a gorgeous bare tummy, hey want TUMMY TICKLES" and little Lucy while hanging upside down got scared and she covered her nose and mouth with both hands saying "but my tummy already feels all flip floppy with butterflies in this position, are you REALLY going to tickle my tummy while I'm hung upside down? Please not my tummy, anywhere but there" as little Lucy hung upside down with both her hands covering her nose and mouth cutely while Miss Rachel teased while wiggling her fingers which Lucy could see from an upside down angle "of course I am, and feet as well" and unknown to Lucy another little girl with a tall step ladder quietly like a ninja snuck behind Lucy and climbed up the step ladder to reach little Lucy's summertime bare feet and Miss Rachel said to the little girl behind Lucy "you tickle Lucy's bare feet, and make sure she doesn't fall while I tickle her bare tummy" and little Lucy got SO scared that she held her nose tight and yelped a cute loud cry and Miss Rachel teased "sorry sweetie but gymnastics has to be REALLY scary especially when your HUNG UPSIDE DOWN, time for tickles, lots and lots of tickles, hold your nose sweetie, make sure to hold your nose because sweetheart, it's tickle time" and without mercy the little girl and Miss Rachel tickled little Lucy's bare feet and bare tummy all while little Lucy was hanging upside down which made little Lucy cry with uncontrollable laughter! The end!

A CAST HANDSTAND AND SIXTY GIANTS! Once upon a time a young gymnast named Molly was held in a cast handstand being spotted by the gymnastics coach Miss Rachel! Molly cried "I'm upside down, I'M UPSIDE DOWN, It's SO scary" and Miss Rachel teased "your in the perfect position for gymnastics" and Molly cried while in a cast handstand "my tummy has butterflies because I'm SO high" and Miss Rachel teased "I'm gonna spin you round and round, I'll spin you so fast the butterflies will tickle your toes" and Molly still held in a cast handstand tucked her head in and asked "everything is upside down, am I brave?" And Miss Rachel said "of course your brave, brave girl, GIANTS TIME" and immediately with a big push Molly was doing giants with Miss Rachel spotting her! Miss Rachel spun Molly over and over again around the bars and Molly yelped "the world is spinning, my tummy, IT TICKLES" and after about ten spins Miss Rachel teased "keep those toes pointed, fifty more spins" and as Molly was being spun over the bar over and over again she yelped and cried "FIFTY? My tummy has butterflies, I feel dizzy, the world is spinning" but then as the spinning around the bar continued Molly just accepted that she was stuck in some amusement park ride that loops uncontrollably only this ride has zero harnesses! After sixty spins Miss Rachel stopped Molly in a cast handstand and as Molly catched her breath Miss Rachel lovingly said "that's sixty spins and back into a handstand, brave girl" and Molly held in a cast handstand said "how long are you keeping me in a handstand? Butterflies, I mean tummyflies, gymnastics is fun" and Miss Rachel lovingly said "lets keep this cast handstand going for five more minutes! And little Molly realised she won't escape gymnastics without Miss Rachel leaving her upside down as much as possible! And they lived happily ever after! The end!

GIANTS WITH TONGUE OUT!  Once upon a time a young gymnast in the gym named Holly was practicing cast handstands and giants on the bars! Holly's best friend also a gymnast said "stick your tougue out when your upside down" and so Holly kicked up to a cast handstand and with her head tucked in and pointed toes she stuck out her tongue and then holly did a giant back into a cast handstand with her tongue out again and then she did another five giants sticking out her tongue each time she was halfway though spinning in the cast handstand part of the giant spin! Then Holly did a flyaway landing on her feet! Holly decided from now on she would be the world famous gymnast famous for sticking out her tongue when she is doing giants on the bars but her tongue would only stick out during the halfway point of the spin when the gymnast is in a cast handstand! And so Holly did giants on the gymnastics bars in the park sticking out her tongue while upside down each time during the repeated spinning! Same at the gym her tongue stuck out during the upside down part of the spins when she did giants on the bars! Holly's giants had inproved because she was more determined to do giants with this fun game of sticking out her tongue diring the halfway upside down part of the spin! Holly eventually had a toy company offer to release a toy of a dol that spins holding onto a bar and sticks out the tongue when upside down at the top of the giants so the fact that Holly made a game where stuck out her tongue when doing goants on the bars resulted in her having her very own children's toy! The end!

UPSIDE DOWN WITH A SMILE!  Once upon a time a young seven year old girl named Gwen refused to smile and had not smiled once in over a year! In fact Gwen was quite grumpy for a seven year old! Her older ten sister Emma was a gymnast and wanted to make Gwen smile and so did her mom so they both came up with a plan! And so Emma build a monkey trap in the garden! It was made of soft silk material so it wouldn't hurt her ankles! One day Emma told Gwen to go into the garden to bring back a book left under a tree and as Gwen walked out in her bare feet wearing a white t-shirt and white shirts she stepped into a monkey trap as she tried to grab the book left on the grass! Suddenly her ankles were pulled up high into the air as Gwen yelped and swung hanging upside down unable to reach the ground beneath her! Gwen said while swinging upside down helplessly "HELP, I'M SWINGING, HELP" and Emma came out to the garden in her leotard and bare feet and she said "looks like I caught you, my trap was a success" and Gwen while swinging totally upside down said "LET ME DOWN" and Emma said playfully "no, I think not" and Emma then did a cartwheel and Gwen while helplessly hanging upside down by her ankles from a monkey trap set by her sister said " IF YOU DON'T LET ME DOWN I'LL TELL MOM" and Emma playfully teased "tell her, it was her idea" and Emma mercilessly gave Gwen a push to make Gwen swing upside down and Gwen said "I THINK I'M GONNA BE SICK" and Emma playfully teased "aww, is the blood rushing to your head and your tummy full of butterflies? Seeing everything upside down? You scared, huh? Tell you what, I'll only let you down if you promise to smile more" and Gwen while hanging upside down said in a tantrum "SMILES ARE FOR KIDS" and Emma playfully teased "HELLO, your seven years old, you ARE a kid" as Emma pinched Gwen's nose and gave her another push! Gwen hanging upside down by her ankles said "I won't smile, I WON'T" and Emma teased "Then I won't let you down, you can hang upside down forever, mom said only let you down if you promise to smile" and Gwen hanging upside down by her ankles folded her arms and pulled a grumpy serious not impressed face while she hung upside down by her ankles! "Well, I'm going, I have gymnastics later, bye" and Emma gave Gwen a Spider-Man kiss and left her hanging upside down while Gwen cried angry "HEY, DON'T LEAVE ME" A few hours later as it started to get dark mom came out into the garden and said "hi sweetie" and Gwen while still hanging upside down said "mom cut me down THIS INSTANT" and mom pinched Gwen's nose and playfully said "not until you promise to smile" and Gwen said while hung upside down "I will NOT smile" and mom playfully teased "then you'll stay hanging upside down all night long" and mom walked into the house after a big mothery Spider-Man kiss to Gwen's rosy red cheeks! The next morning Gwen was left hanging upside down by her ankles all night long and Emma came out with some Jam on toast and she said "I brought my little grumpy bat sister breakfast" and Gwen said "please let me down" and Emma playfully teased "a smile first" and Gwen smiled and so Emma cut Gwen down and gave her a kiss and said strictly "if you ever refuse to smile for over a year again I'll hang you upside down all over again, got that lady?" And Gwen nodded and so from that day on Gwen smiled! The end!

ALL FOUR GYMNASTS ARE UPSIDE DOWN, TIME FOR A CUP OF TEA!  Once upon a time a young gymnastics coach named Miss Rachel went around the gymnastics gym! The gymnasts all in leotards and bare feet was hiding playing hide and seek in the gym however this game of hide and seek had a twist! If a gymnast was caught Miss Rachel took the gymnast by the hand to the bars and made her hang upside down by her knees from the bars and stay upside down! There were four little gymnasts in the gym all hiding! Little seven year old Sophie was hiding under a gym mat and Miss Rachel found her first! "Found you darling, come with me now" as Sophie gulped as Miss Rachel took her hand and walked her to the bars where Sophie hung upside down by her knees! Miss Rachel lovingly said "now you let those arms hang and wait right here" as she lovingly tapped Sophie upside down nose! Miss Rachel then spotted twelve year old Sarah hiding under the gymnastics beam with a big gym mat standing up sideways for her to hide! Miss Rachel snuck up and said "FOUND YOU, now sweetie, you go hang by those strong knees, off you go" and so Sarah went to the bar and she hung upside down by her knees! Miss Rachel then looked hard around the gym and she found little five year old Rini hiding in the foam pit! Miss Rachel could see Rini's bare feet sticking out of the foam pit so Miss Rachel grabbed her foot and lifted Rini out of the foam pit holding her helpless by her ankle upside down and Miss Rachel lovingly said "my gosh, I went fishing in the gym and found a little upside down gymnast, how precious, come with me sweetie" and Rini held upside down high in the air by her ankle yelped as Miss Rachel carried her over to the bar and Miss Rachel wrapped Rini's bare knees over the bar to let her hang upside down! Miss Rachel gave little upside down Rini a big teddy bear to hold while she hung upside down and she said "here you go sweetie" and she left Rini hanging upside down with a Spider-Man kiss on her rosy red cheek! Miss Rachel had one gymnast left to find who unknown to her was hiding inside a cardboard box! The gymnast was eight years old and was named Bailey! Miss Rachel searched as Rini, Sarah and Sophie all hung upside down on the bars and waited like patient bats in the gym! Miss Rachel eventually found Bailey by lifting up a big cardboard box and she said "found you sweetie, now this way" as Miss Rachel held Bailey's hand and walked her to the bars and Bailey hung upside down by her knees and dangled her arms below her head! Miss Rachel said "now all four of you dangle your arms below your heads, enjoy the inverted view and hang upside down and keep hanging upside down like well behaved monkey's" and now Miss Rachel felt super happy that all four of her precious gymnasts were where they belong hanging upside down on the bars by their knees so Miss Rachel went to get a nice cup of tea after a job well done! The end!

A BAT GETS STUCK IN THE GYM! Once upon a time a little tiny bat was flying outside in the dark next to a building that has a gymnastics gym! The gymnastics coaches forgot to close the window and the bat flew into the gym! The bat found the gym nice and warm and went to sleep hanging upside down from the ceiling! The next day lots of young gymnasts woke the bat up practising handstands, cartwheels and flips and the bat noticed how all the gymnasts went upside down during the moves! The bat thought these human being are going upside down just like us bats! The bat flew in excitement towards a gymnast doing giants on the bars but the whole gym panicked and freaked out that a real bat ended up in the gym! Almost every gymnast was afraid and freaking out and the bat was upset at how these girls loved going upside down yet were afraid of a creature that also goes upside down and the bat just hung upside down holding onto the bar with his batty feet and started to cry! Lucy could see the bat meant no harm and only wanted to join in the fun and Lucy could see twars in the little bat's inverted eyes so Lucy said in a brave speech "everyone stop and look at the bat? He is upside down, now are we not upside down halfway though a flip? Are we not upside down during a handstand? When we do giants are we not spinning upside down over the bar? How would we feel if we got scared of each other everytime we went upside down in gymnastics? This bat is a true gymnast so lets be his friend after all gymnasts are an upside down family" and the many gymnasts in the gym felt humbled so they all apologised to the bat and they all made friends with the little bat! The bat did flying flips and hung upside down and kissed the gymnasts noses while they did handstands! The bat found somewhere that felt like a second family and the bat was super happy! The end!
