Hi, Roy, are you the only one among your family and friends who goes barefoot? Was it your idea or did your parents encourage you? Did you inspire any others to try going barefoot with you?

I'm a middle aged adult who has only really started going barefoot in my 20s (I didn't dare it in school for fear of bullying/mobbing), I started that on my own terms and didn't really get moral support by anyone - but I found it's fun and easy to do in a lot of places and there's usually no problem. I guess it's even easier if you're younger. Nowadays I only need shoes in freezing temperatures. I just wish I had started earler, but I was a shy child and afraid of the judgement of others.
