Hi, Luc. Great to hear you found the barefoot lifestyle out for yourself, despite the lack of encouragement at home.

I was 16 when I last had anything on my feet that was 20 years ago. Prior to that I was like you barefoot in the spring and summer.

I'm in England and yes we do get cold winters but over time your feet gain increased blood circulation and naturally gain the ability to go outside in the freezing temperatures barefoot.

Just have to stick at it and keep going outdoors barefoot in the cold for short periods at a time.

My son enjoys walking in the snow but he's happier now that it's warming up.
