Thanks for the up-lifting assurance that there's still somebody else "out there" who remembers and is still paying attention. It's a comfort to know that not ALL of us are "gone", though I'm sure our number are few.

The site is being up-dated to reflect these horrors and the information on the devastation is both heart-breaking and fascinating.

I can't say that I, personally, ever expected the property to be respected. In that region, the selfishness and apathy has long been a curse, but the reasoning behind all of this nonsensical development is a story of "Hell on Earth". As I work on the back-ground of the construction I'm uncovering a bit more of the history of the property though no mentions of G's. Can't imagine how a place that existed for 5 years (roughly) has been wiped from records. But, even after all this time, more information comes along and will be included on the site.

We can't EVER "go back" there now, not that there are many who can, and to be honest, I never want to see it anywhere other than my memory. But the site will continue for as long as I can keep it up and running. And I'll always be grateful for every bit of correspondence it generates.

Yeah, they got their wish. They ought to know what they're building "houses" on...
