Title IX was all about equality for the women. 15 basketball scholarships available over four years for women as opposed to 13 for men. That's roughly $40,000 more for women's hoopers. That's not equality. Drop the number of women's scholarships down to 13 also. It's tough enough finding playing time for 8 players much less 15. I don't know how much difference the other sports shake out, but distribute them equally. That's EQUALITY
