Subject: How do you define Federal $$
In reply to: MaacGruff 's message, "I doubt Siena receives Federal money so it may not be an issue, not 100%sure." on 09:58:48 01/29/03 Wed

First off, title ix has never been enforced. Name one school that has seen sanctions from the federal governemtn

But my point was going to be that Siena does receive money from the federal government, but I don't know how title ix was intended to be enforced.

At a minimum, there are ROTC scholarships provded (DoD) and do they still give Pell grants (Education Dept)? Those are forms of federal payments to the school.
