If you’re talking about the jobs as final destinations, then SBU is clearly a better job. It is in a much better conference and the money is surely better.

However, if you are looking at it from a career move perspective, I think Siena is probably a better situation. I think it is much easier to look good there, as a coach, and move up to a big time job. (See Deane, Hewitt & Orr).
